3. Open-Source License. The OptiML project is released under the Apache 2.0 license. By contributing to the project, you agree that your contributions will be licensed under the same open-source license.
4. Intellectual Property. All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the intellectual property of the OptiML project and its contributors unless otherwise stated. Content may be freely used under the terms of the open-source license specified above.
5. Limitation of Liability. The OptiML project and its contributors provide the Site and the project "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Site or the project, to the fullest extent permitted by law
6. Changes to the Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on this page. By continuing to use the Site after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
7. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
